— Dr. Tam attended the 9th Architectural Structure Design Competition for College Students in Beijing, China as the panel of judges in the Group B Competition (Bridge Section).

— Dr. Tam attended the 2nd Conference of New Materials and New Structures in Civil Engineering in Guangzhou, China.

— Dr. Tam attended the 3rd FRP-SSC International Workshop in Shenzhen, China and had an oral presentation entitled “Understanding creep behavior of fiber–matrix interface via molecular dynamics investigation”.

— PhD student Ruidong Wu has received the Outstanding Performance Award 2019 for Postgraduate Student from Beihang.
