个人简介

郑臻益,博士,北京航空航天大学教授,博导,国家级青年人才。2015年、2018年、2021年于北京航空航天大学分别获学士、硕士、博士学位,2022-2025年于新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究,2026年入职北京航空航天大学集成电路学院。

长期从事自旋电子学、自旋存算一体器件与集成、新型集成电路设备等领域的研究工作,近年来以第一/通讯作者身份在Nature MaterialsNature Communications (4篇)、Physical Review LettersAdanced Materials、Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Applied Physics Reviews、Physical Review B/Applied等高水平期刊发表论文多篇,其中包含3篇ESI高被引论文,1篇年度亮点文章。多次在MMM、Intermag、Trends in Magnetism等国际学术会议作报告。获2022年国际材料学会联盟(IUMRS)前沿研究生奖、2023年Spin Asia最佳海报奖等奖励。
