个人简介 郑臻益，博士，北京航空航天大学教授，博导，国家级青年人才。2015年、2018年、2021年于北京航空航天大学分别获学士、硕士、博士学位，2022-2025年于新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究，2026年入职北京航空航天大学集成电路学院。 长期从事自旋电子学、自旋存算一体器件与集成、新型集成电路设备等领域的研究工作，近年来以第一/通讯作者身份在Nature Materials、Nature Communications (4篇)、Physical Review Letters、Adanced Materials、Nano Letters、ACS Nano、Applied Physics Reviews、Physical Review B/Applied等高水平期刊发表论文多篇，其中包含3篇ESI高被引论文，1篇年度亮点文章。多次在MMM、Intermag、Trends in Magnetis...
