Profile

长期从事极紫外(EUV)光源在光刻及量检测方面的应用,拥有十余年大规模集成电路制造与测量设备科研、工程项目研发和管理经验。

主要研究方向:1. 极紫外光源; 2. 先进光刻技术; 3. 芯片量测检测方法

长期招收师资博士后研究员(工作地北京或杭州)
