潘星,男,系统工程专业工学博士,北京航空航天大学可靠性与系统工程学院教授,博士生导师,院长助理,体系与智能系统安全中心主任,安全科学与工程系主任,中航工业集团质量管理专家,《系统工程与电子技术》编委,《安全与环境学报》青年编委,体系工程学术会议学术委员,中国系统工程学会应急管理系统工程专业委员会常务委员、中国航空学会航空安全分会委员、中国人类工效学会复杂系统人因分会委员、中国管理科学与工程学会复杂系统管理分会委员。一直从事可靠性与系统工程领域的教学和交叉研究工作,获北京市教学成果奖、北航教学成果奖/凡舟奖教金/研究生卓越课程奖等奖项,出版教材3部,主编国家标准1项,发表论文100余篇,承担了国家自然科学基金、预先研究、预先研究基金、实验室基金、国家重点研发计划子课题和民机科研专项子课题等多项科研项目,获部级科技进步二等奖1项,研究成果发表在Reliability Engineering & System Safety、Safety Science、IEEE Transactions on Reliability、IEEE Systems Journal、Risk Analysis等可靠性与系统工程领域国际知名学术期刊上,给航空、航天、船舶等不同行业提供了大量可靠性工程、系统工程和工程管理方面行业咨询。2012年-2013年受教育部留学基金委青年骨干教师项目资助赴美国亚利桑那大学系统与工业工程系公派留学。主要研究方向包括:可靠性与风险分析、系统/体系工程理论和方法,及人机系统安全性分析和人因可靠性分析等。

Research Focus
- 可靠性与风险分析 针对不确定条件下可靠性与风险量化估计问题,对随机动态系统风险不确定性和可靠性评估知识不确定性进行混合推理,并采用仿真方法对系统动态风险进行不确定性分析和评估。
- 系统/体系工程理论和方法 针对系统工程技术和管理方法,以及系统工程能力成熟度评估方法,在航空、航天、船舶等不同领域进行应用,包括系统/体系的规划与论证、研制与生产、使用与保障以及退役与处置全过程。
- 人机系统安全性分析/人因可靠性分析 分析人机交互中的耦合关系,将人因可靠性分析方法(HRA)与现有设备和系统安全性分析方法进行集成,以动态故障树和动态贝叶斯网络等仿真技术为支撑,对人机系统中的安全风险进行量化估计。
- 复杂系统与体系工程 以基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)理论和体系工程方法为指导,基于体系结构模型建立体系可靠性模型,采用仿真技术和复杂网络分析方法,对体系进行可靠性和扰动事件下的弹性分析,并进行体系贡献率评估。
