Dr. Huiming Zhang is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University. He was a UM Macao Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Macau (2020-2022). He obtained his Ph.D. in statistics in July 2020 from Peking University. His research interests include non-asymptotic inferences, high-dimensional statistics, robust machine learning, deep learning theory, functional data, etc. He has published 23 SCI papers (including top journals such as JMLR, JASA, Biometrika, and IME; see http://scholar.google.com/citations?user=P6Xdk6AAAAAJ), and 3 of them were Highly Cited Papers in Web of Science.
