Dr. Huiming Zhang is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Beihang University. He was a UM Macao Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Macau (2020-2022). He obtained his Ph.D. in statistics in July 2020 from Peking University. His research interests include non-asymptotic inferences, high-dimensional statistics, robust machine learning, deep learning theory, functional data, etc. He has published 21 SCI papers (including top journals such as JMLR, JASA, Biometrika, and IME), and two of them were Highly Cited Papers in Web of Science.
