主要从事疾病状态下大脑皮层神经网络以及神经突触传递的机制研究,在运用在体双光子成像、电生理技术以及数学计算方法研究正常或疾病状态下(孤独症、脑卒中、阿尔茨海默症)神经网络动力学特性方面具有良好的学术背景与技术经验,目前共发表SCI论文10篇,其中第一或共同第一作者文章6篇,包括Protein & Cell, PNAS, Cell Reports, Bioinformatics,等。参与编写专著2部。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、获北京大学博雅博后项目资助。参与多项国家级研究课题,包括国家重点研发计划(973),国家自然科学基金重点项目等。


研究方向:

  1. 用电生理、双光子成像技术研究阿尔茨海默症和孤独症的致病机制。

  2. 采用生物力学方法探索孤独症、阿尔茨海默病、脑卒中等神经疾病的康复策略。
