As a tenured associate professor at Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University, she was selected for the National Young Talent Program in 2023 and the "West Lake Pearl Project" for overseas high-level talents in Hangzhou in 2022. She graduated from the Department of Environmental Science at Wuhan University with a bachelor's degree and from the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering at the University of Nottingham with a doctorate. She has conducted postdoctoral and research fellow work at the University of Birmingham and the University of Warwick in the UK. She has participated in one major Sino-British joint project, two national key research and development plans, and led one key project of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation. She holds one national invention patent and has published nearly 30 SCI-indexed international academic journal papers. Her main research directions include the analysis of physical and chemical characteristics of atmospheric particles, source apportionment of atmospheric aerosols, the detection and analysis of aviation emissions and fault diagnosis, the secondary evolution of VOCs, and the impact of atmospheric pollutants on human health and environmental climate.
