Zhen Wang obtained his PhD from Tsinghua University in 2019, and subsequently conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Physics at North Carolina State University and the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hong Kong. He joined Hangzhou International Innovation Institute of Beihang University in 2025. Dr. Wang's main research work is dedicated to using ultrafast spectroscopy technology, synchrotron radiation technology, molecular computational simulations, and other methods to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanism and structure-property relationship of organic solar cells, and to guide the fabrication of efficient and stable devices. The relevant results were published in  journals such as Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem., Adv. Mater., etc., which have been cited more than 2600 times.
