《旅行文学研究学刊》(Journal of Travel Literature Studies,ISSN: 3106-6674,EISSN:3106-6682,以下简称JTLS)系一本经同行评审的国际学术期刊,由北京航天航空大学外国语学院田俊武教授担任主编,香港HIEP出版社出版发行。本刊接受中、英文稿件,致力于推动旅行文学领域的基础理论与方法论研究。刊物不以时代或地域为界,着力呈现旅行文学多样的文本范式与叙事特质,并鼓励采用跨学科的学术视角与多元批评方法。期刊欢迎来自文学、历史学、人类学、地理学等相关领域的交叉学科研究成果,既容纳资深学者的深度论述,也支持学术新锐的前沿探索。除原创研究论文外,本刊亦刊发有关旅行文学研究的名家访谈与著作评介,旨在构建旅行文学研究的学术交流平台,促进该领域的知识生产与理论对话。

《旅行文学研究学刊》致力于推动旅行文学及其理论方法的研究,涵盖广泛而深入的主题,主要包括:旅行文学史、旅行叙事研究、朝圣书写、探险文学、帝国与殖民旅行文本、科学考察叙事、女性旅行写作、自传性旅行书写、跨文化旅行经验、空间叙事与文学地理学、风景美学与如画理论、移动性研究、交通技术与旅行现代性、生态旅行写作、数字时代的旅行媒介、流散文学、旅行文本的翻译与跨文化传播,以及相关领域的教学探索与学科建设。本刊倡导跨学科研究视野,遵循国际学术规范,不预设固定栏目,欢迎围绕上述方向(亦不限于此)展开的学术探讨。同时,为及时反映学术动态,本刊长期接受旅行文学研究领域的名家访谈与学术书评,其撰写体例与格式要求与学术论文一致。
《旅行文学研究学刊》实行通讯作者负责制。若稿件由多位作者合作完成,通讯作者应为本研究的主要责任人及学术联系人。投稿前请确认并注明全部作者信息,包括姓名、署名顺序(含通讯作者标记)、所属机构、职称(职位)及课题资助项目(若有)等。原则上作者人数建议不超过两人。稿件须包含中英文标题、作者姓名、摘要及关键词;参考文献按作者姓氏字母顺序排列,引用体例须严格遵循MLA格式。论文字数以7000—10000字为宜,书评建议不少于4500字。本刊仅接收原创且未曾公开发表的稿件,请勿一稿多投,作者须对文章内容负责。凡向本刊投稿,即视为作者同意编辑部将稿件全文编入电子出版系统,并可通过本刊官方网站、微信公众号等平台进行传播与推广。

Journal of Travel Literature Studies (JTLS) (ISSN: 3106-6674,EISSN:3106-6682,) is a rigorously peer-reviewed international academic journal, formally published by Hong Kong HIEP Press.. The journal is edited by Professor Tian Junwu of Beihang University. The journal welcomes submissions in both Chinese and English. It is dedicated to advancing foundational theoretical and methodological research in the field of travel literature. Unconstrained by temporal or geographical boundaries, JTLS seeks to showcase the diverse textual paradigms and narrative characteristics of travel literature, while encouraging interdisciplinary perspectives and pluralistic critical approaches. The journal welcomes cross-disciplinary contributions from fields such as literature, history, anthropology, geography, and related areas, embracing both in-depth explorations by established scholars and innovative inquiries from emerging researchers. In addition to original research articles, JTLS publishes interviews with leading figures and book reviews in travel literature studies, aiming to build a scholarly exchange platform that fosters knowledge production and theoretical dialogue within the discipline.
Adhering to the principles of open access, JTLS charges no Article Processing Charges (APC) and provides all published content free of charge to the public. Manuscripts should be submitted to the journal's sole official email address: jtls2026@163.com. To facilitate archiving and processing, please format the email subject line as "Author Name + Article Title." Please note that JTLS does not authorize any third-party agents or individuals to solicit manuscripts. All accepted submissions are published free of charge. The Journal of Travel Literature Studies is dedicated to advancing research in travel literature and its theoretical methodologies, encompassing a wide range of in-depth themes. These include, but are not limited to: the history of travel literature, travel narrative studies, pilgrimage writing, exploration literature, imperial and colonial travel texts, scientific expedition narratives, women’s travel writing, autobiographical travel writing, cross-cultural travel experiences, spatial narratives and literary geography, landscape aesthetics and the picturesque, mobility studies, transportation technology and travel modernity, ecological travel writing, travel media in the digital age, diaspora literature, translation and cross-cultural communication of travel texts, as well as pedagogical explorations and disciplinary development in related fields. The journal promotes interdisciplinary perspectives and adheres to international academic standards. It does not operate with fixed thematic sections and welcomes scholarly contributions that engage with the above areas—or beyond. Furthermore, to reflect ongoing academic developments, the journal continuously accepts interviews with established scholars and academic book reviews in the field of travel literature studies. The writing style and formatting requirements for such contributions are consistent with those of standard academic articles.
The Journal of Travel Literature Studies follows a corresponding author responsibility system. For manuscripts involving multiple authors, the corresponding author shall serve as the primary research supervisor and academic contact. Prior to submission, please verify and provide complete author information, including full names, authorship order (with corresponding author clearly indicated), institutional affiliations, academic titles/positions, and any funding project details (if applicable). As a general principle, the number of authors per submission is recommended not to exceed two. Manuscripts must include both Chinese and English titles, author names, abstracts, and keywords. References should be listed in alphabetical order by the author's last name, with citation style strictly adhering to the MLA format. Research articles are recommended to be between 7,000 and 10,000 words in length, while book reviews should be no less than 4,500 words. The journal only accepts original, unpublished manuscripts. Simultaneous submissions are prohibited, and authors bear full responsibility for the content of their articles. Submission of a manuscript to this journal implies that the author(s) grant permission for the editorial office to include the full text in its electronic publishing system and to disseminate it via the journal's official website, WeChat public account, and other related platforms.
