史可文,博士,北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院 副教授。
2018年6月毕业于北京航空航天大学物理学院,获物理学博士学位(导师王聪教授)。2016-2017前往法国国家科学院(CNRS)联合培养(导师Pierre Bordet教授, Claire Colin副教授)。2018年8月于北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院从事卓百博士后研究(合作导师赵巍胜教授)。2021年10月入职北京航空航天大学。
长期从事磁存储器器件的超快电学特性、自旋振荡器以及反铁磁自旋电子学等领域的研究,致力于超低功耗、超高速自旋电子器件的研发。迄今发表SCI论文89篇,包括Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Advanced Functional Materials, Physical Review B, IEEE Electron Device Letters等。谷歌学术引用超过1700次,H因子22。担任Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS), Small, Acta Materialia等期刊审稿人。主持国家自然科学基金面上基金、青年科学基金等。参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重大项目等。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”,获得中国材料研究学会科学技术二等奖(第三)。
