郭虓，男，北京航空航天大学无人系统研究院副研究员，临近空间科学技术研究所，北京航空航天大学攻读飞行器设计专业博士，北京航空航天大学控制科学与工程学科博士后。

Xiao Guo, male, associate researcher at the Unmanned Systems Research Institute of Beihang University, near the Institute of Space Science and Technology, pursuing a PhD in Aircraft Design at Beihang University, and a postdoctoral fellow in Control Science and Engineering at Beihang University.

主要研究方向为飞行器飞行控制和规划关键技术及软件测控系统研究，主要以临近空间飞行器和低空长航时飞行器为研究对象，开展飞行器轨迹规划、强化学习、多智能体协同规划、最优化控制等领域研究。

近年来在国内外高水平期刊及会议发表学术论文40余篇，包括AST、CJA等，是临空信息系统先进技术工信部重点实验室成员，参与5项国家重大科技计划或重大重点型号核心技术攻关任务，获得2023年中国产学研合作创新奖1项，2017年和2024年分获省部级三等奖和一等奖各一项。

The main research direction is the study of key technologies and software measurement and control systems for aircraft flight control and planning. The research mainly focuses on near space aircraft and low altitude long endurance aircraft, and conducts research in the fields of aircraft trajectory planning, reinforcement learning, multi-agent collaborative planning, optimization control, etc.

In recent years, more than 40 academic papers have been published in high-level journals and conferences at home and abroad, including AST, CJA, etc. It is a member of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Aerospace Information Systems of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and has participated in 5 national major science and technology plans or key model core technology research tasks. It has won 1 China Industry University Research Cooperation Innovation Award in 2023, and 1 provincial and ministerial level third prize and first prize in 2017 and 2024 respectively.

有幸指导多位优秀硕士生与博士生，至今毕业6届，均在领域重要会议期刊发表多篇论文、优秀学生干部等奖项荣誉。多人继续读博深造，多人就职于航天科技、航天科工、中航工业和中电科等领域头部企业、中央地方部委机关。
