集成电路科学与工程学院副教授,北航青岛研究院微电子分院副院长。

本科毕业于山东大学国家物理学人才基地班,博士毕业于山东大学磁学组,之后在新加坡国立大学电子与计算机工程系从事博士后研究,2019年4月入职北京航空航天大学。入选山东省“泰山学者”青年专家、北航“卓越百人”计划、北航“青年拔尖”人才支持计划。

近年来专注于隧穿磁电阻传感和存储芯片研究,包括探索超低功耗的自旋流翻转磁矩机制,研发高性能隧穿磁电阻传感芯片,发展先进的自旋电子器件测试技术等。在Science, Phys. Rev. Lett., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater.等期刊发表高水平论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利6项,主持国家重点研发计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省重点研发计划项目、青岛市关键技术攻关及产业化项目、中国电子学会-智芯科研专项等项目10余项。讲授《微纳电子前沿材料》等课程,获北航社会课堂优秀指导教师一等奖、北航优秀教学成果奖特等奖。
