Xiaolu Li is a Member of the IEEE. Since 2009, she has been working with Beihang University in China and became an Associate Professor in the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering in 2014. Her main research interests include LiDAR instrumentation and ranging measurement, LiDAR imaging and signal processing. She has published nearly 100 papers and has 24 invention patents granted in China. She has received several awards and honours, including third prize of Technological Invention Award from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2011, first prize of Technological Invention Award from the Ministry of Education in 2012. She has published more than 100 papers and received 2 grants from NSFC, and 2 sub-grants from National 973 Plan of China.
