· 曾作为责任教授带领学科团队创建北航“航空器适航技术”学科专业,并培养了该专业国内第一批博士

· 当前重点研究跨大气层飞行器制导与控制、绿色新布局客机、城市空中交通飞行器、航空控制系统安全性和适航技术等问题

· 作为主要学术带头人建立了“飞机/发动机综合系统安全性北京市重点实验室”
