Henglai Wei, Associate Professor at the School of Transportation Science and Engineering. His research interests include decision-making and control of intelligent unmanned systems, intelligent transportation systems, and multi-agent cooperative control. He has published an English monograph with Springer and authored over 20 papers in top control and transportation journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (TAC), Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems (TITS), and Engineering by the Chinese Academy of Engineering. 

He serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Intelligent Vehicle Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, a member of the IEEE Industrial Cyber-Physical Systems Committee, and has been invited to be an academic editor and guest editor for journals such as Franklin Open and the Journal of Mechanical Engineering. He has also chaired sessions at several international conferences and reviews for numerous prestigious journals and conferences, including TAC, Automatica, TITS, TVT, TIV, TMECH, TIE, TII, TCYB, TSMCA, CDC, ACC, and IROS.

He has established strong collaborative relationships with renowned scholars from Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and the United States, and encourages and recommends outstanding students to further their studies within his team and with domestic and international teams.
