Dr. Zhan Tu, Associate Professor
Biosketch
Dr. Zhan Tu joined the Institute of Unmanned Systems at Beihang University in Nov 2020. His research interests include unmanned systems, bio-inspired robots, flight control, and motion/path planning. His several novel results have been reported by worldwide media coverage such as NBC News, IEEE Spectrum, and Sina. Now he is in charge of several research projects founded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other Chinese provincial/ministerial research institutions. He has more than 30 publications in Nature Communications, IEEE Transactions on Robotics (TRO), IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters (RAL), Aerospace Science and Technology, Bioinspiration & Biomimetics, ICRA, IROS, etc.
