王良,博士,硕士生导师,北京航空航天大学副教授。获香港中文大学博士学位,曾在南安普顿大学访问、并在清华大学从事博士后研究。2020年加入北航计算机学院系统结构所肖利民教授团队。
长期从事计算机体系结构的研究,主要研究领域定制芯片结构、大模型软硬件加速、GPU、芯粒/片上互连等,以第一作者或通讯作者在IEEE Transactions系列等高水平期刊(IEEE TC 、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TCAD等)和计算机体系结构国际主流会议(ISCA、MICRO、HPCA、DAC等)发表论文30余篇。担任IEEE TC,IEEE TCAD,DAC等十多项国际期刊与会议的审稿人。博士生导师:Terrence Mak和Ho-fung Leung。博士后合作导师:刘雷波、魏少军。目前与清华大学、华南理工大学、英国南安普敦大学、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学等多名相关领域知名研究人员建立密切合作,已经合作发表及录用多篇论文。
主持国家自然科学基金项目、科技部重点研发计划子课题、科技创新2030—重大项目子课题、北京市科技计划项目、未来区块链与隐私计算高精尖创新中心项目、校企合作横向课题。作为研究骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目等。
教学方面,承担北京航空航天大学“操作系统”、“计算机系统基础”、“高性能计算机体系结构”、“科研课堂”等本科生、研究生的课程教学工作,参与《MOS操作系统实验教程》等教材的编写。指导本科生获2022年北京市普通高校优秀本科毕业设计。并指导本科生获得冯如杯竞赛二等奖2次和三等奖多次。获2022年北航学院(传源书院)优秀班主任。
