在信息采集(感知)、显示驱动、编码控制和触控芯片领域,课题组拥有数十年丰富的设计经验。先后主持/参与研发了多项国家、省部级重点型号。在显示电路、驱动、时序控制和触控芯片研发方面,课题组所提出创新核心技术的显示触控芯片被京东方科技集团所采用并应用到LCD、LED平板显示产品中。显示驱动、控制和触控芯片方向的研究成果分别发表在IEEE JSSC/VLSI/CAS/JDT/EMC、MJ./JSID等数十篇权威期刊或国际会议等,他引达千余次。

二、概率计算及AI芯片
北航李洪革教授人工智能类脑计算芯片团队提出了一种新的数字计算(有别于二进制、概率计算)——混合概率数&计算(Hybrid Stochastic Number &Computing)。该思想被IEEE计算机协会ISVLSI24(Bestpaper提名奖)、电路与系统大会2022ISCAS、DAC59、和IEEE权威期刊TVLSI22&24、ESL等多位国际专家所认可并全文发表。评审专家表示:“the paper is nice and should be relevant and can even be influential。”国内腾讯、Sohu、网易、eetop等多家网站进行介绍。2022年本人荣获全国集成电路大赛特等奖,团队获得2021年度第四届“华为杯“全国研究生创芯大赛特等奖,优秀指导教师等。
