Profile
Zhang Wei, associate professor at the International Innovation Institute of Beihang University in Hangzhou. Before, I had four years experience in Lorraine University, Nancy, France.
His main research areas include: femtosecond pulse laser induced magnetodynamics; ultrafast reversal of all-optically induced magnetic moment; development of new ultrafast magnetic nano-tunnel junction devices, etc. In terms of scientific research projects, as the person in charge, he presided over 4 projects, including Zhejiang Province Key Project, Beijing General Project, National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project and Postdoctoral General Fund, and won 1 Sichuan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Second Prize as a participant. In terms of scientific research, he has published more than 20 SCI papers, including 12 papers as the first/corresponding author, including Advanced Materials, Physical Review B, ACS Applied Material Interface and other international authoritative journals.
In terms of material preparation: our group has material preparation and transfer equipment such as magnetron sputtering, chemical vapor transport (CVT), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), glove box (including two-dimensional material transfer platform), which can realize the controllable preparation of magnetic multilayer film heterostructures, high-quality single crystal bulk materials, and two-dimensional magnetic materials; in terms of ultrafast spin dynamics analysis: our group has a self-built time-resolved all-optical Pump-Probe measurement system based on femtosecond pulse lasers; our group also has other basic magnetic characterization and testing public equipment.
In terms of domestic and international cooperation: I have long-term and close cooperative relations with the University of Lorraine in France, Radboud University in the Netherlands, the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Hefei Institute of Physical Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which can realize the instant exchange and sharing of human and material resources such as students, teachers, data, and equipment.
Our group has long-term recruitment of master's students, doctoral students, postdoctoral fellows (spintronics background is preferred) with a physics background.
