This research develops high-sensitivity, curvilinear surface-conformable micro-nanofiber sensing technologies integrated into biomimetic dummy skins and smart textiles to achieve high-density, distributed in situ monitoring of complex surface contact loads on anthropomorphic test dummies. By providing quantitative data on body surface load distribution and injury risks for scenarios such as automotive crash testing and sports impact protection, this work drives transformative innovation in the design and evaluation paradigms of next-generation protective equipment.
