My research focuses on trustworthy artificial intelligence and intelligent aviation networks, with particular emphasis on emerging national and industrial needs in B5G/6G communications, the low-altitude economy, and smart civil aviation.
The main research topics include hierarchical and heterogeneous federated learning, explainable AI-based robust aggregation, federated large language models and retrieval-augmented generation, secure collaboration in UAV networks, communication-link reliability and resilient reconfiguration in complex low-altitude environments, as well as aviation data security and privacy protection.
The research aims to address fundamental challenges in distributed intelligent systems, including data silos, model poisoning, unreliable clients, limited interpretability, unstable communication links, and trustworthy multi-agent collaboration. The ultimate objective is to develop secure, reliable, explainable, and verifiable intelligent technologies for B5G/6G and smart aviation systems.
