本科和硕士毕业于中山大学物理系，博士毕业于中科院物理所，获得博士学位后前往德国汉堡大学和德国DESY从事博士后研究工作，期间获得德国洪堡基金会资助工作到2017年5月回国，全职加入北航电子信息工程学院；长期从事太赫兹强源、器件、系统技术等方面的研究，以第一或通讯作者身份在Nature Photonics、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials（3篇）、Laser & Photonics Reviews、Advanced Functional Materials、Advanced Photonics、Advanced Optical Materials等发表SCI论文68篇，获中国专利20余项，在本领域重要学术会议上做特邀报告40余次。

  Professor Wu earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the Department of Physics at Sun Yat-sen University, and her Ph.D. from the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After obtaining her doctorate, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Hamburg and DESY in Germany. Supported by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, she worked there until May 2017, when she returned to China and joined the School of Electronic and Information Engineering at Beihang University as a full-time faculty member. She has long been engaged in research on high-power terahertz sources, devices, and system technologies. She has published 68 SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in prestigious journals such as Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials (3 papers), Laser & Photonics Reviews, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Photonics, and Advanced Optical Materials. She holds over 20 Chinese patents and has delivered more than 40 invited presentations at important academic conferences in her field.

  曾入选2014年度德国洪堡学者、2016年度北航“卓越百人”计划、2018年度北京市青年骨干项目、2022年度国家级青年人才；获得2019年度电子信息工程学院本科教学标兵、2021年度中国生物物理学会太赫兹分会优秀工作者；2021年度国际红外毫米波太赫兹学会（IRMMW-THz）首个Zhengyi Wang奖、2022年第一届超快科学全球女科学家奖、2022年第一届中国科技青年论坛一等奖以及2023年总论坛最高奖—科技新星奖、2023年第十一届超快现象与太赫兹波国际研讨会（ISUPTW 2023）第一届“张希成奖”、2023年美国光学学会会士 （Optica Fellow）、2024年青年北京学者等荣誉和奖励。

  Professor Wu has been honored with several awards and recognitions, including the Humboldt Research Fellowship in Germany (2014), Beihang Excellent 100 Talents Program (2016), Beijing Young Backbone Project (2018), and National Young Talent Program (2022). She received the Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award from the School of Electronic and Information Engineering in 2019, and the Outstanding Contributor Award from the Terahertz Division of the Biophysical Society of China in 2021. Her other accolades include the inaugural Zhengyi Wang Award from the International Society of Infrared, Millimeter, and Terahertz Waves (IRMMW-THz) in 2021, the first Global Women in Ultrafast Science Award (2022), the first prize at the China Youth Science and Technology Forum (2022) along with its highest award—the Science and Technology Rising Star Award at the final forum (2023), the inaugural “Xi-Cheng Zhang Award” at the 11th International Symposium on Ultrafast Phenomena and Terahertz Waves (ISUPTW 2023), Optica Fellow (2023), and Young Beijing Scholar (2024).
