吴晓君,北航蓝天杰出教授(二级)、博士生导师、国际合作部副部长兼书记、国际太赫兹科创中心主任;德国洪堡学者、美国光学学会会士、青年北京学者、首届中央高校U40支持计划获得者;长期从事高能强场太赫兹光源及其应用研究,以第一或通讯发表学术论文90余篇,含Nature Photonics、Nature Communications、Physical Review Letters、Light: Science & Applications、Advanced Materials、National Science Review、Science Bulletin等,授权发明专利17项,多个专利已转化;独立撰写《铌酸锂太赫兹强源及其应用》、《半导体及后摩尔新材料太赫兹发射光谱》等学术专著3部,分别获批国家出版基金、“十四五”规划重点出版物、国家科学技术学术著作出版基金等;通识著作《高效科研力:本科生学术入门指南》成为畅销书籍,广受本科生和研究生的好评获;曾获国际红外毫米波太赫兹学会首个女科学家奖、第一届超快科学全球女科学家奖、中国科协第一届中国科技青年论坛一等奖和总论坛最高奖科技新星奖、中国科协第十一次全国代表大会代表等荣誉和奖励;现担任IEEE Terahertz Science and Technology和APL Engineering Physics期刊Associate Editor。
Prof. Dr. Xiaojun Wu is Blue‑Sky Distinguished Professor (Level‑II) and doctoral supervisor at Beihang University. She also serves as Deputy Director of the International Relations Department, and Director of the International Terahertz Research Center. She is an Alexander von Humboldt Fellow, Optica Fellow, Young Beijing Scholar, and recipient of the inaugural Central‑University U40 Support Program.
Her research focuses on high‑energy strong‑field terahertz light sources and their practical applications. She has published more than 90 academic papers as first or corresponding author in journals including Nature Photonics, Nature Communications, Physical Review Letters, Light: Science & Applications, Advanced Materials, National Science Review, and Science Bulletin. She holds 17 granted invention patents, several of which have been transferred for industrial real‑world use.
She is the sole author of three academic monographs: Lithium‑Niobate‑Based Strong Terahertz Sources and Their Applications, Semiconductors and Post‑Moore‑Era New‑Materials‑Based Terahertz Emission Spectroscopy, and another volume. These books have received support from the National Publication Fund, the 14th‑Five‑Year Plan Key Publication Project, and the National Fund for Scientific and Technological Academic Works respectively. Her popular‑science‑style book Efficient Research Skills: A Beginner's Guide for Undergraduate Researchers has become a best‑seller and is highly praised by undergraduate and graduate students.
She has received many prestigious honors and awards: the inaugural Women‑in‑Science Award from the International Society for Infrared, Millimeter‑Wave and Terahertz Technology, the 1st Global Women‑in‑Science Award for Ultrafast Science, the First‑Class Prize and the top Rising‑Star Award at the 1st China Science and Technology Youth Forum hosted by the China Association for Science and Technology. She is also a delegate to the 11th National Congress of the China Association for Science and Technology. Currently, she works as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology and APL Engineering Physics.
