He is committed to the key technology of integrated circuit equipments (photolithography, etching, film evaporation), including nano heat transfer, multi-physical field simulation, intelligent measure and control technology. In terms of original innovation, his interest lies in revealing new electromechanical coupling characteristics and developing high-efficiency integrated spintronic and quantum electronics, such as one-dimensional carbon nanotube electro-mechanical system (NEMS), two-dimensional spintronic devices, and carbon-based new logic and memory circuits.
