My research interests focus on artificial intelligence in medical image analysis. We aim to develop new AI methods to achieve non-invasive and individualized prediction of important biomarkers and theraputic response to some major diseases such as cancer. My research on AI-based analysis in lung cancer and COVID-19  were publised in Lancet Digital Health, European Respiratory Journal, and Medical Image Analysis, etc.
