Abstract:With the growing prosperity of the national economy, the public trust to connect the financial and public welfare is expected to become the nineteen great spirit of the party and a weapon to win the fight against poverty.In order to guarantee the realization of the purpose of charitable trust and the improvement of social well-being, trustees should not be a strong body without supervision, but should be subject to the risk prevention mechanism. Civil law common law thoughts create breakthrough supervision and operation of charitable trust, but whether is suitable for transplantation in China is urgently needed. Generally speaking, in order to better match and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity and cultivate the ability of social autonomy, supervisors should play a supervisory role in the operation of charitable trust.
