Abstract:The globalization of science and technology and the fourth revolution in science and technology are the general trends, and the importance of cultivating scientific and technological foreign-related legal talent is self-evident. The spillover nature of the development of science and technology in China has put forward three major requirements for foreign-related legal talent, including foreign-related compliance, legal theory, and dispute resolution. Scientific and technological foreign-related legal talent to practice the strategy of building a strong country through science and technology and serving the development of science and technology enterprises will mainly focus on the application fields of international intellectual property law, international competition law, new law legislation, and international dispute settlement in the future. In the past ten years, China has stepped up the deployment and accelerated the construction of a foreign-related legal talent system. After achieving certain results, it has gradually reflected the dilemma of foreign-related legal talent cultivation. Beihang Law School closely focuses on the target positioning and application fields of foreign-related legal talent, continues to strengthen the construction of new law, continuously optimizes the cultivation model, and is committed to cultivating a large number of high-level talents with an innovative spirit, strong practical ability, and interdisciplinary integration. The cultivation of foreign-related legal talent has achieved initial results.
