Peng Yang received the Ph. D degree in Signal and Information Processing in 2018 from Beihang University. From 2019 to 2021, he was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore. Since 2021, he has been with Beihang University, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His current research topics include airborne communications and networking, network intelligence, network slicing, URLLC, and airborne video transmission.
