个人简介

王良，博士，硕士生导师，北京航空航天大学助理教授。获香港中文大学博士学位，曾在南安普顿大学访问、并在清华大学从事博士后研究。2020年加入北航计算机学院软件开发国家重点实验室和系统结构所，肖利民教授团队。

长期从事计算机体系结构的研究，在IEEE Transactions系列等高水平期刊（IEEE TC 、IEEE TPDS、IEEE TCAD等）和国际会议（ISCA、HPCA、DAC、ESWEEK等）发表论文二十余篇。担任IEEE TC，IEEE TCAD，DAC等十多项国际期刊与会议的审稿人。第一作者获得国际会议VLSI-SoC最佳论文奖。博士生导师：Terrence Mak和Ho-fung Leung。博士后合作导师：刘雷波。目前与清华大学、华南理工大学、英国南安普敦大学、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学等多名相关领域知名研究人员建立密切合作，已经合作发表及录用多篇论文。

主持国家自然科学基金青年项目“支持计算资源动态聚合的可重构片上网络”，并主持科技创新2030—重大项目“三维相变存储芯片关键材料设计的AI新范式研究”子课题、未来区块链与隐私计算高精尖创新中心项目“面向零知识证明Halo2算法的GPU优化方法”、校企合作横向课题“GPU架构性能建模工具”。作为研究骨干参与多项国家自然科学基金重点"动态可重构芯片关键技术"、面上项目"面向无人系统多类神经网络协同场景的智能计算芯片体系结构研究"等。其他参与项目包括GPU分布式训练通信优化、面向隐私计算的RISC-V的处理器设计、机器人智能控制算法及硬件加速芯片等。

教学方面，承担北京航空航天大学“操作系统”、“计算机系统基础”、“高性能计算机体系结构”、“科研课堂”等本科生、研究生的课程教学工作，参与《MOS操作系统实验教程》等教材的编写。指导本科生获2022年北京市优秀毕业设计。并指导本科生获得冯如杯竞赛二等奖2次和三等奖多次。获2022年北航学院（传源书院）优秀班主任。
