Dr. Ruiqi Li is currently an Associate Professor at Hangzhou International Innovation Institute, Beihang University. He got his Bachelor degree in Computer Science at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He obtained his PhD degree in Systems Science at Beijing Normal University, and was a visiting PhD at Department of Civil Environmental Engineering at MIT, and a visiting scholar at Department of Physics at Boston University.
