李冰,1989年2月生,山东烟台人;北京航空航天大学研究员、博士生导师、国家级青年人才、北航蓝天青年学者。担任国家重点研发计划项目等多个国家重大重点项目的课题负责人,担任国家自然科学基金、某预研等多个国家/省部级项目负责人。获得省部级技术发明奖1项。
