李冰，1989年2月生，山东烟台人；北京航空航天大学研究员、博士生导师、国家级青年人才。承担或参研多项国家/省部级重大重点项目。第一/通信作者发表学术论文20余篇，第一完成人授权发明专利7项；获得省部级技术发明奖1项。
