Research Experience:
    Jiao Jia got her Ph.D. in Solid Mechanics from Beihang University (2013–2018) and subsequently completed postdoctoral research in Transport Tools and Operation Engineering at the same university (2018–2020). She joined Flying College in December 2020. She has published over 20 research papers and served as the principal investigator for projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Open Fund of State Key Laboratory, etc.

Current Research Focus:
      Her work spans computational mechanics and solid mechanics. Key areas include structural topology optimization algorithms,  energy-absorbing structures, bionic designs (e.g., butterfly ornithopter, spider webs, and bio-inspired fish).
