研究员,博士生导师,北航无人系统研究院智能信息技术首席,“低空融合探测与安全防护技术”北京市重点实验室主任,“智能无人飞行系统先进技术”工信部重点实验室副主任。入选北京市优秀青年工程师称号、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,荣获2016年度省部级科技进步特等奖、2017年度国家科技进步一等奖。担任北航第九届学术委员会委
员、无人系统研究院学术委员会副主任。
多年来一直从事无人机系统技术研究和型号研制工作,作为国家重点型号副总设计师负责无人机通信组网、信息处理、指挥控制、任务载荷、系统总体等工作。在此基础上,围绕无人机多源载荷数据获取、信息传输与处理、以及智能决策与控制等方面的重大应用需求,进行预先技术攻关,主持了国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划课题、科技部新一代人工智能重大项目课题、国家基础科研/预研基金等重点科研项目。
近些年面向国家战略需求、立足国际学术前沿,研究方向包括电磁感知、机器视觉、决策规划与智能无人系统等,在国内外高水平学术期刊与会议(包括IEEE Trans. 、IJCV、PR、CJA等顶级期刊和CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、AAAI等顶级会议)上发表SCI/EI论文110余篇,获得授权国家发明专利50余项/成果转化21项,以第一主编完成国家标准《无人机遥测遥控系统通用规范》,以第一主译完成译著《战争中的无人机》,以副主译完成译著《无人机手册》第 1、3 卷。依托学校研究生教育发展基金,探索依托重大项目进行研究生培养新模式和前沿教学实践,共累计培养硕士研究生50余名、博士研究生24名(已毕业12名),其中多数毕业生投身航空航天、高等院校、通信互联网等重要领域科研院所和单位,多名学生具有公派联合培养和出国交流访问经历。
