个人经历:
1983-1987 就读于西北工业大学飞行器结构强度专业,获学士学位。
1987-1992 中航二集团第602研究所(即中国直升机设计研究所)升力系统室,主要从事直升机主桨和尾桨的强度设计工作。
1992-1998 北京航空航天大学飞行器设计专业先后获硕士和博士学位。
1998-2000 北京航空材料研究院先进复合材料GF科技重点试验室博士后。
2000-2008 北京航空航天大学飞机设计研究所副教授。
2008.7-现在 北京航空航天大学飞机/直升机设计研究所教授。
2010.9-2011 南昌航空大学飞行器工程学院挂职副院长。
科研经历:
先后承担过科技部国家重大专项、国家863项目、国家自然科学基金、航空科学基金、GF预研基金、GF预研课题等研究工作,以及直-8、直-9、直-10、无人飞机、无人直升机、巡航DD、战术DD等多个型号设计分析项目,以及“985工程”学科建设任务。在国内重要学术期刊和国际会议上发表论文230多篇,授权专利13项,教材与专著11部。
