周尧明，教授、博士生导师，航空科学与工程学院副院长兼大飞机研究院副院长，天目山实验室 首席专家助理。

      主要研究领域为智能无人机设计、多无人机协同决策、无人机路径规划、效能评估。主持了包括国家自然科学基金、GF科技创新特区、军委领域基金、军委共用技术、工信部预研课题、航空基金、航天基金、总参、航空工业等数十个科研项目。

      获省部级技术发明二等奖1项、科技进步三等奖2项，入选校“第6批青年拔尖人才支持计划”，获批国家级一流本科课程2项、北京市课程思政示范课程1项。获校教学成果一等奖2项、三等奖1项，获中国研究生未来飞行器设计大赛优秀指导教师、中国仿真学会复杂系统仿真建模大赛优秀指导教师、校优秀指导教师、校优秀硕士论文指导教师、校优秀工程硕士指导教师、校优秀科研课堂导师等荣誉称号。

      出版《直升机无人化改型技术》学术专著1本、《认识飞行》译著1本。授权国家发明专利20余项，转化应用9项。以第一作者及通讯作者在《Aerospace Science and Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》、《Environmental Modelling & Software》等国际顶级期刊发表SCI论文30余篇，在AIAA Aerospace Sciences Meeting、Asian Control Conference（ASC）、Chinese Control Conference（CCC）、Chinese Control And Decision Conference（CCDC）、IEEE International Conference on Information and Automation（ICIA）等国际会议、期刊上发表控制相关EI论文30余篇。

       担任SCI期刊《Advances in Mechanical Engineering》专刊“Special Collection on Artificial Intelligence in Unmanned Aerial Vehicles”客座主编，担任《航空科学技术》青年编委，担任国际会议ISAI2018、ISAI2017、ITA2018的TPC委员，担任第30届、31届“中国控制与决策会议”分会场主席，担任“联合杯”大学生先进飞行器总体设计竞赛组委会秘书长，担任国际航空科学青年学者学术会议（ICAYS）青年委员会委员。
