1997-2005年辽宁工程技术大学(原阜新矿业学院)金属材料及热处理本科和材料学硕士。2005-2009年获得北京科技大学材料学博士学位。2009-2011年南巴黎大学 (Universite Paris-Sud) 博士后。2011-2014年美国西北大学 (Northwestern University) 博士后。2014年入职北航卓越百人计划,2015年入选国家级人才计划青年项目;2016年北京市师德先锋;2017年国际热电学会青年科学家;2018年北京市人才项目获得者;2018年度国家级人才项目特聘教授;2019年国家级人才项目获得者;2019-2020年全球高被引学者。主要研究兴趣:开发宽带隙高效热电材料,利用各向异性解耦热传输和电传输的矛盾。已在Nature和Science等期刊上发表重要论文230余篇, 被引用 19000余次,H因子69。
