张德有，2012年和2014年分别于哈尔滨工业大学取得学士和硕士学位，2020年于澳大利亚悉尼大学取得博士学位，师从IEEE Fellow李永会教授。2021年1月至2024年1月，在瑞典皇家理工学院从事博士后研究，合作导师为肖鸣教授、庞智博教授和王力翚教授。主要研究领域包括：5G/6G毫米波通信，智能反射面、无线人工智能等。
