我的主要研究领域是集成光电子学、涡旋光和量子电动力学。我的研究兴趣集中于集成化光学器件在光信号处理、光子操纵及在量子光电子学中的应用和基础研究。具体来说,我的主要研究内容为:首先,开发新型的集成化结构或器件来处理光信号或操纵光子;其次,基于此类器件来创造新技术以超越现有器件性能,甚至发现新功能;最后,进行集成化光学器件或系统在量子光电子学中的研究,并进行相应的实验论证。我长期从事集成光电子学和腔电动力学研究,熟悉微纳加工工艺,设计制备过多种硅基集成光学器件并将此应用于微波光子滤波、光学轨道角动量通信及超导参量放大器等,熟知光波导、光学谐振腔、自旋波、超导人造原子及其之间相互作用并基于此研究相关的非线性器件。
