徐明，二级教授，宇航学院博士生导师、国家卓越工程师学院副院长，入选国家级青年人才计划、国家重大人才工程。本博毕业于北航飞行器设计专业，曾获全国百篇优秀博士论文提名、省部级科技奖励等多项。

目前主要从事智能无人系统动力学与操控(空、海、天、地)，成果应用于航天科技、科工、兵器、船舶、国铁等相关企事业单位，发表SCI期刊论文100余篇。现任中国宇航学会空间控制专委会、先进小星技术与应用专业委员会等委员，期刊《IEEE Transactions on Aerospaceand Electronic Systems》、《Astrodynamics》、《Space: Science and Technology》、《中国空间科学技术》、《动力学与控制学报》等期刊副主编或编委。

讲授《轨道动力学》、《非线性动力学》等课程，指导冯如杯等科创大赛，获得一等奖多次；指本研同学获得沈元奖章、五四奖章、国家奖学金、博士生卓越基金、北京市优秀毕业生、北航优秀博士学位论文等30余人次。
