Jinquan Xu received the B.S. and D.S. degrees in electrical engineering from School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. From 2012 to 2013, he was a visiting scholar with George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA, USA.
He is currently an assistant professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include permanent magnet electric machine design and control, fault tolerant permanent magnet motor system, sensorless control, robust control, automatic control, and fuzzy dynamical system.
