王薇，本、硕、博分别毕业于北京航空航天大学、英国南安普顿大学、新加坡南洋理工大学。2012至2015年，清华大学自动化系任讲师。2015年7月加入北航自动化学院，现任教授、博士生导师、副院长，中关村国家实验室双聘研究员。研究领域主要包括无人集群系统协同控制、智能控制理论及应用、具身智能机器人、工业互联网安全等。出版英文专著2部，发表SCI论文120余篇，其中控制领域两大权威期刊Automatica/TAC论文30余篇，授权国家发明专利55项、Google Scholar引用8500余次，入选爱思唯尔2024、2025中国高被引科学家。主持国家自然科学基金优青项目、科技创新2030重大专项课题、国家重点研发计划项目一级课题等。获中国指挥与控制学会科技进步一等奖、中国仿真学会自然科学一等奖、吉林省科技进步二等奖、国家级教学成果二等奖、北京市教学成果一等奖等。任IEEE TIE，IEEE TCAS-I，ISA Transactions，《系统工程与电子技术》、《指挥与控制学报》等国内外知名期刊编委、中国指挥与控制学会青年工作委员会副主任、IEEE工业电子协会Women-in-Engineering委员会委员。指导学生获中国指挥与控制学会优秀博士学位论文、国家自然科学基金博士研究生项目、机器人领域顶会IROS 舞蹈大赛一等奖(2025, 高校队伍第一)、2024年CCDC张嗣瀛优秀青年论文奖（北航首次）、2026年ICIEA国际会议最佳论文奖（学生唯一）等。

Dr. Wei Wang is a Full Professor with the School of Automation Science and Electrical Engineering at Beihang University (BUAA), China. She received her B.Eng degree from Beihang University in 2005, M.Sc degree from University of Southampton (UK) in 2006 and Ph.D degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2011. Before joining BUAA, she was a Lecturer with the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University, China. Her research interests primarily include intelligent control theory and applications, cooperative control of unmanned swarm systems, embodied AI robotics, and industrial Internet security. She has published 2 English monographs and over 120 SCI-indexed papers, including more than 30 papers in Automatica and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (TAC), the two most prestigious journals in the control field. She holds 55 authorized national invention patents and has garnered over 8,500 citations on Google Scholar. Furthermore, she was selected as an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher in 2024 and 2025. She has served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for several major projects, including the Excellent Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), a major subject of the Science and Technology Innovation 2030 project, and a first-tier project of the National Key R&D Program of China.

She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Chinese Institute of Command and Control (CICC), the First Prize of the Natural Science Award from the China Simulation Federation (CSF), the Second Prize of the Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award, and the First Prize of the Beijing Teaching Achievement Award. Academically, she serves on the editorial boards of renowned domestic and international journals such as IEEE TIE, IEEE TCAS-I, ISA Transactions. She is also the Deputy Director of the Youth Working Committee of the CICC and a member of the Women in Engineering (WiE) Committee of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society. Graduate students under her supervision have achieved significant distinctions, including the CICC Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, funding from the NSFC Doctoral Student Program, First Prize in the Mecha Challenge (Robot Dance Championship) at IROS 2025, the Zhang Siying Outstanding Youth Paper Award at CCDC 2024, and the Best Paper Award at ICIEA 2026.
