彭懿,北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院师资博士后(助理教授),入选国家博士后引进计划。2023年获法国洛林大学博士学位,导师是APS Fellow和IEEE Fellow的Stéphane MANGIN教授和Michel HEHN 教授。目前主要从事超快自旋动力学及超快速、超低功耗新型自旋存储器件的研究,主持中国博士后科学基金面上项目一项,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目一项; 发表文章十余篇,其中第一作者论文七篇,包括Nature Communications, Physical Review Applied, Physical review B等。
