牛天超，男，山东章丘人，中共党员。2014年于新加坡国立大学获博士学位，2016-2017年于美国布鲁克海文国家实验室CFN从事博士后研究。主要从事超高真空扫描隧道显微镜开展表面物理化学前沿基础研究。
