     罗金,北京航空航天大学-集成电路科学与工程学院-集成电路设计与工具系 副教授。研究方向:基于先进存储的存算一体智能芯片与系统,围绕基于先进存储的存算一体主线,重点开展基于新型非易失器件的存算一体芯片与面向大模型的三维存算一体架构研究。已发表论文30余篇,代表性成果为第一作者发表领域顶会IEEE IEDM 5篇、IEEE VLSI 1篇。曾获IEEE IEDM 2021 Brain Best Paper Nomination、IEEE EDL Editors'Pick。
