个人简历

刘知琪,男,1989年7月出生,中组部第十二批“青年千人计划”入选者, 现为北京航空航天大学材料科学与工程学院教授,博士生导师。

2009年本科毕业于兰州大学物理学国家基地班磁学专业;2013年在新加坡国立大学获得凝聚态物理(氧化物电子学)博士学位。先后在美国橡树岭国家实验室和加州大学伯克利分校从事铁电多铁材料及存储器件博士后研究;继而在美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室担任“主任博士后”从事拓扑重费米子体系磁性和超导研究。

在国际著名期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,包括Nature (1篇)、Nature Commun. (4篇)、Phys. Rev. X (1篇)、Phys. Rev. Lett. (3篇)、Adv. Mater. (1篇)、Nano Lett. (2篇)、Phys. Rev. B (11篇,其中4篇为Rapid Commun.)等。一些研究工作被Science、Nature Phys.等高亮报导。获得美国物理学会(APS)、材料研究学会(MRS)、电子电气工程师协会(IEEE)、日本学术振兴学会(JSPS)、新加坡国立大学(NUS)、中国留学基金委(CSC)、美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室(LANL)等机构授予研究奖励10项,其中包括2014年新加坡国立大学最佳物理博士毕业论文金奖。受邀在美国Apple Academic Press和CRC Press共同出版的材料类书籍《Functional Materials and Electronics》上撰写综述一章;受邀担任Nature Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Energy Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Phys. Rev. B, Small等20多个学术期刊的审稿人。
