Hongxiang (Harry) Lin is an Associate Research Fellow and Doctoral Supervisor at the Center for Medical-Engineering Interdisciplinary Innovation, Hangzhou International Innovation Institute, and a selected Young Talent of the Zhejiang Provincial Overseas High-Level Talent Plan. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo, Japan, and previously served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University College London (UCL) and as an Independent Principal Investigator (PI) at Zhejiang Lab. His primary research interests lie in Ultrasound Computed Tomography (Ultrasound CT) and intelligent medical image analysis, covering directions such as deep learning AI algorithms (large vision models), multi-scale multimodal imaging, medical image reconstruction, processing and analysis, and mathematical physics inverse problem theory based on full waveform inversion. To date, Dr. Lin has published over 30 peer-reviewed papers (including over 20 as first or corresponding author) in prestigious journals and conferences such as Med. Image Anal., Mech. Syst. Signal Process., Med. Phys., and MICCAI, with several selected as ESI Highly Cited Papers; he also holds over 10 authorized national and PCT invention patents. In the past five years, he has presided over or participated in six national and provincial-level research projects. Active in the academic community, he serves as a long-term reviewer for journals (e.g., MedIA, IEEE TMI, PMB) and conferences (e.g., MICCAI, ICASSP), and holds positions including Area Chair of MICCAI 2025, Committee Member of the CCF Digital Medicine Technical Committee, Committee Member of the Medical Imaging Computing Seminar (MICS), and Guest Associate Editor for Front. Artif. Intell..
