Lecturer from School of microelectronics, Beihang University. In 2014, obtained a bachelor's degree in microelectronics from Qingdao University, and entered the School of electronic and information engineering of Beihang University to study for Master degree candidate at same time. In 2019, awared the doctoral degree in microelectronics and solid state electronics from School of microelectronics, Beihang University. From 2015 to 2019, co-trained in the Integrated circuit advanced process R&D center of institute of microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS). The main research direction is the design, nanofabrication and characterization of magnetic random memory (MRAM) devices.
