何静，北京航空航天大学高研院助理教授，清华大学新闻与传播学院已出站博士后，主要从事大数据、新媒体和媒介地理学领域的科研工作，具有文理交叉学科背景。主持第14批中国博士后科学基金特别资助（站中）项目（本领域当年全国共三人获得）、第67批中国博士后科学基金面上项目，作为课题副组长或主要成员，参与机器博弈类国家社科基金重大项目、人工智能与产业链大数据项目等。曾任多个国际期刊及国际会议审稿人，发表学术论文20余篇，包含SCI检索论文9篇，EI检索论文／国际会议8篇。担任新兴技术与应急管理（授课对象：硕士研究生）、应急管理前沿与技术（授课对象：博士研究生）的专业课教师，讲授大数据技术与方法、媒体数据挖掘等方面教学内容。
